I would think that if restructuring(forestry and auto) were completed and debt paid down,the bid will have to start from a higher level.ie sp could be mid 30c level if company out of intensive care and on way to core business.
If I were the acquirer,I would prefer to do the restructuring and start bidding from lower levels a la current price
