An analysis of the sales in RPT and RPTO yesterday showed a srange phenomena. Whilst the shares rocketed the options traded at a net discount.
It would appear someone (or company) is developing a very substantial holdiong in RPT. That they chose a public holiday in WA & SA was interesting, taking out many sellers before they woke up.
So why not the options. Well to put together any stake would cause a real run (not many on sale).
I would not be surprised to see an announcement of a takeover. Optionholders will have their day in the sun then.
