I am not denying that DYL can hit 40c.
Let us pretend DYL hits $1.00.
If DYL did not need to make a one for five scrip issue to raise funds, which also increases the amount of paper on issue, then in our fantasy example above DYL would hit approximately $1.20 instead of $1.00.
There is NO BONUS because the shares are being issued at 12c.
It's as simple as that.
