the desending triangle is generally considered a bearish pattern which sometimes turns bullish. I guess time will tell. Volume in an acending triangle usually diminishes which seems to be the case here but my only apprehension in calling this pattern a triangle is that triangles are theoretically supposed to break at 2/3 or 3/4 of the full triangle formation. Additionally, "...triangles that last less than a month are usually a different pattern...." (John. J Murphy, 1999, pg 140)
