I don't havbe the ability to paste charts from poweretrade but I can describe my analysis from the charts...

SMY looks like a descendiing triangle that has reached its breakout but instead of a breakout below support line of 80c I think we will get a breakout to the upside. Volume is key here and it appears that sellers have reduced over the last few days to ~300k from those who started the downturn ~1000k

Also, MACD and signal are starting to narrow and relative strength has turned up slight. Stochastic is below 20 at 12.5/13.1 and appears to be crossing.

One more day of ambiguity and then I would expect the sp to turn sharply up on Tuesday from this oversold position.
