Sorry to all....didn't read that part....though seems to contradict the Shortfall Offer.
If it was fully underwritten then why the need for a Shortfall Offer??
Doesn't make any sense to me.
Seems the whole Rights Issue has been a cock up from whoa to go...imo.
It looke like that Merchant weren't keen to fully underwrite the total shortfall....maybe just pick up what ever shares are left over from the "Shortfall".
Totally confused.
