I can appreciate what you want as evidenced by you 50+ posts/day
on the topic.
But you are not Russia, the Ukraine or NATO who are the protagonists
is this war.
For a decade we wanted to win in Vietnam but despite our best hopes
that didn't happen.
And ditto in Iraq & Afghanistan and Syria is not looking crash hot at present either.
So based on history, war is a best an uncertain business .
IMO, both the Ukraine and Russia believe that they can win this
war and as time passes, the Ukraine will sustain more casuaities,
more economic damage and more massive infrastructure damage.
Economic sanctions on Russia are not working because:
-they have not created Russian regime change
-they have not perceptively reduced Russia's ability to wage war
(in fact it has likely accelerated Russian production of war weapons
......hypersonic missiles used last week instead of interceptable drones)
IMO , if the USA/CIA wants to stretch Russia's capacity to
continue its War in the Ukraine, then other fronts will have to be
"engineered" by the CIA...eg:
-the retaking by Georgia of its provinces annexed by Russia in 2008
-an isolation of Kaliningrad
-border clashes by bordering "Stans" etc etc.
This is why Russia has shored-up its China relationship before invading the Ukraine
because a Russia/China border dispute would require virtually all Russia's war
resources, IMO.
Will that happen?
Who knows?
War is an uncertain enterprise (as someone has said)
