Nup.
For most investors the capital loss is effective in whichever Financial Year that you sold the shares, it doesn't really matter what financial year you bought them. So it you bought shares in 2022 and sold them today, any loss is realised this financial year.
There's always going to be some exceptions, and this certainly isn't financial advice, but that's the broad concept ;-)
