People should lift their eyes up a little bit and see what is happening around the world, particularly the currency war being fought between EU, Japan, USA and China.

Recent events with the Switzerland central bank show what happens when a smaller country tries to play by the 'rules'.

Eventually Japan will have to drop out, and then the EU as well. China and USA will continue until one of them wins. But the winner will lose as well. It's been tried before.

Meanwhile, and sorry for the long winded rant, the AUD is at risk of rising much much higher than it should be, forget about what the economists are saying they always get it wrong. We are paying much higher interest rates and we could see our unit rise again before we know it.

This is the fallout from our so called friends the USA, EU who are devaluing their own currencies to try and stimulate their economies.

A small nation like Australia can be wiped out by these titans.
