Hi Kenny Thanks for your detailed reply. The major concerns held by al shareholders is that Auscann isn't actually doing anything substantial but merely communicating that they are. To date they have not grown anything, nor have they given a product to a single patient in Australia. However, they have spent a fortune on "research", medical liaisons and technology. They don't even have a cultivation facility that anyone in the industry have seen. Secondly, they have the cultivation licenses but have never lodged for a cultivation permit to grow anything in Australia. It does appear that "optics" is their goal and there is high chance this is going to end in tears. The fact that there has never been one patient receive their product in 2 years, even under the special access scheme, does suggest there intentions are not to grow or set up anything.
