The share price is moving on limited news...Brookfields share of Quadrant is approx 1.9 bil....possible pump of share price for a CR at $5.80 - $6.00....300mil shares would do it....or a portion of that and use cash generated thus far this year still keeping to debt target by end of 2019....dont think dividend will be paid anytime soon irrespective of Quadrant decision
