BHP Petroleum ain't really into operating complex onshore oil and gas facilities; can't see them wanting to buy Woodies now, when they have a heap of gas in the States. Maybe a few years ago, pre-shale oil, when importing gas into the States made sense.
BHPB have just spent - was it 40 odd billion on shale oil in the States - I think that will satiate them for quite a while.
Nice dream though. I like it.
