well, dont know how private it will be, anyway i ahev spent much time in indigenous communities.....

they have adifferent mindset for the most part...i used to turn up at 7am daily(an agreed time with the community leaders) in one community to begin a convoy of vehicles from their community out to some works we where doing , most days we would still bethere at 9.30 to 10am...

half the day gone...and there was nothing you could do to change that, yet we had to pay them for the whole day, each and every one of them in a convoy of 5 vehicles full....so i kinda know what you are talking about.....privately...lol
