Is Additional Cap Raising for US Exchange?

Just a quick question regarding the Resolution for additional Cap Raising to total 25%

Previously it was mentioned that one of the reasons BOD chose LWP was because it was also available on the US Stock Exchange.
Would it be that they would want a nice chunk raised to US Investors, to basically populate that exchange?

Additionally I recently read that you need to have a minimum MCap of like $200m to be able to list there... so if we diluted an additional 25%, and got to a price of 4c... that would just about do it wouldn't it?

Yeah I understand what everyone is saying about what the money will be used for etc... But I was just wondering if there was also another reason for it.

Everyone's thoughts (good or bad) would be appreciated.
