    Not sure on this, I have my own conspiracy theory on this.
    Does anyone knows who's the sophisticated investors that will buy the newly issued shares?
    If I say some insiders who knows information believe that the price will not be this low any more in the next couple of months hence this new issuance will be the best opportunity to buy big without affecting the current market price much. Let's say cheap purchase. Is it compelling enough?
