I wonder why the CEO made a point of noting that negotiations were under way with lawyers in a recent ann. Maybe they are simply giving access to Mix & go?

Are there any logical explanations for delays? A bit of DYOR would be helpful instead of making assumptions.
I only got on board in the last few years so don't have the same dilution concerns that you do. If the SP performs it's a bit academic.
