I see many flaws in your argument. I am all about playing the ball not the man though so here goes;

No company in there right mind would do a raising at almost one third of the current shareprice. From my experience in the market they generally look at 5-30day moving averages with maybe a 10% discount. Worst case scenerio 5cents IMO. Point me to an example in the market where a company has raised at a third of the current price because thats what the 'last raising' was done how many years ago? That was before the ebioscience deal also.
In my opinion its going to be really tight as to whether we need a raising or not.
Im guessing expenses will come in around $900,000 for the quarter with revenue of approx $250,000. So cash burn of $650k for the quarter. Im interested in others estimates??
