You're getting confused between share placements and options conversions. The last capital raising in the form of a placement to sophs ect. was back in Feb 2011 at 6.5c. The other millions of shares that were issued at 2c were from the options conversion and those options were issued well before the share price was in the current range.

There is absolutely no way that the company would raise capital in the form of a placement to sophs ect. at 1.5-2c like you claim. There are now no more 2c options left to exercise. Lowest exercise options are now 7 cents
