Your right about the difference between the two. But the bottom line is exactly the same in this situation. No one is likely to pay more than 2.0 cents for new shares which ever path they take.

As Im sure you know thats why options many times expire worthless.

P.S. Brickwalls, I'll happily buy ADO at 50 cents if I believe its much more likely to reach 55 cents. Than to buy at 5 cents for the current remote chance that it gets to 20 cents.

I value greater certainty of a return much more highly than a greater return only.
