The stockmarket is forward looking and if every stock was valued on NTA well that would be hilarious - Maybe you thought ADO was a property trust or LIC

ADO is valued as it is by the market due to future potential

Just looking at the Ebio/Affymetrix alone there is enough research available (For those willing to research) to have foresight and understand that this deal will be worth good $$

Now the cash flow from this deal was obviously delayed due to a takeover of Ebio by Affymetrix and this will increase substantially over the coming quarters - More so than the original deal with Ebio alone

The market provides great opportunities for those who research and clearly that is why you are hanging around Sovraks because you know the opportunity but are hoping to fleece shares cheaply from weaker hands.
