Brewer your statement amused me. The majority of the 60-100 customers have been in the picture starting 18 months ago. If I owned a chemist shop and was promoting my new revolutionary potion by allowing my many customers to sample it or try it and no one after 12 months or so had committed to buying it I would be concerned even though they hadn't come to be and said its no bloody good. The point being if they don't buy it for whatever reason its no damn good to me, just like no major sales contracts are no good for ADO after such a long time. Just because customers don't reject a product doesn't mean that they will buy it one day.
