totally...nobodys downramping or upramping has the power or control of day traders / sophisticated investors when they start to buy a very undervalued stock. Dont care how many shares you hold or try to manipulate the market with as some seem to try, as are all stocks,they are simply in the hands of the big boys & Day Traders
