I keep seeing Morningstar giving an overvalued rating for APT...

    I keep seeing Morningstar giving an overvalued rating for APT with a Fair Value of $49.07.

    What I want to know is - how did they work out the .07c???!!!

    Some say it's due to the hype during Covid but with the vaccines progressing forward and retail shops opening up, do you think APT will trend down?

    What do you reckon?
