The bidding games is dodgy…the renewables are also exploiting the community by being sucking leeches on the back of coal and gas power station.
Unless things have changed with the bidding game, renewables would bid low to get on the grid knowing quite well that demand will be high.
This would result in bring on gas and coal power station on to the grid and there reward is upgraded to a higher price.
Bowen is simply protecting the image or reputation of renewables by not divulging the scoundrels behaviour of renewables
