Nova star if you are offered $500,000 unsolicited for your home that was bought 1 month ago for $350,000 then you dont say thats a fair offer for two reasons. 1. The bidder will think they paid too much. 2. The seller thinks they can get $600,000 from this guy.
However in the absence of the offer its really $350,000. Then if you find out that while you were arguing for $600,000 that comparable houses were sold for $250,000 then you may wish in hindsight you hadnt been so greedy.
If you get the $600k then you will be eccstatic.
Good luck to you re getting $1.40 it wont be from zfx imo. I dont know if anyone else wants to pay way over the top in cash for AGM either. Get the independent report....what does it say 60-80c prior to the bid and $1 in light of it. AGm has no defense imo and the majors who know what they are doing and work on facts not blue sky...wont see their investment go back to $.60c So zfx is likely to end up with a reasonable percentage at $1 to $1.20 max. even though i think $1 is fair.
cheers
