buddy i think you are missing the point of the argument. you say AM and zfx want AGM badly....how do you determine badly? i guess that would be a higher offer from here. The fact that they are offering $1 means they want it but not badly enough to pay more than fair value which is what you want. For the beards...this will be their only way to cash out...so its understandable they want the most they can get. But a cash offer doesnt come along everyday. Usually u get script and just ask SMM how good that is now. OXr took over agincourt with script and they have made zero over the past year based on that. Cash is cash and the beards will look hard at this offer but i understand them not accepting their first offer.
