A bit of digging shows that these co's were all registered in Subiaco WA.
The first on Feb 10th 2015
The last three on Oct 6th 2016 (as Crumble71 spotted)
As discussed back then (Apr 2017), this was likely the share placement announced in Oct 2016 for 100 million shares, raising $3m (3c per share) from "sophisticated and professional investors".
If someone wants to pay the $9 ASIC fee for each co search, they can probably identify the director/s of these companies, and perhaps determine whether they are all related?!?!?!?!?
Could be! The last three certainly appear to be!
In any case, it turned out a damn good move. $3m --> $30m ! and it's still early days
