Advantage Lithium had a few brine projects in Nevada but, recently scored a bunch of Argentina brine projects from ORE and others. Basically the took over most of ORE's exploration assets and ORE took 31% them. They will also share management and tech teams. Advantage Lithium are also cashed up to the tune of 20M.
Why I see a AGY/Advantage Lithium merger as logical is they are both about the same size now. The combination would create THE biggest explorer in all of Argentina with a solid array of projects, maybe the best.
AGY could add PA to the technical team and fast track by getting 3-4 projects going at once.
