I'm concerned about the staff expense increase would hope this is actual heads and not management bleeding the company. would expect to see major increases for marketing and employee expense to support as the company grows. I don't think u would see a dividend from this for many many years, would expect any profit to be tossed back in the engine as coal to pick up speed. but yes would have to make your own decisions this is very turbulent time.
