I want to open a new thread to track performance of management according to announcements done in the past.

I modified statement from the frog "It's all going according to the plan" to check whether management run
EGR according to the plan.

Momentarily nothing runs according to plans and promises made in the last 10 years!
taking in account that EGR collected nearly 60 million with the last CR the share price
evaded 20 million prior the CR level which is less than 0,05 AUD per share.

I mentioned in earlier posts that the only thing management deliver are fluffy anns to boost
share price but meanwhile nobody buys into the fluff and there is no chance to create a positive
momentum.

Fact is we have
NO mine,
NO mining license
NO plant
NO patent
NO income

but a management which pays itself performance bonii for reaching NOTHING

In my view the next success story that management will announce will be the IPO of Innogy, even though only company assets are being sold without generating any added value for LTHs. Of course, they will want to approve a bonus for themselves because of the INNOGY demerger. Ultimately, at this stock price, they cannot carry out dilutive CRs at EGR and thus, they are obtaining money to pay for their high management salaries and bonuses. Naturally, they also need money for conference visits, useless studies, and pleasure trips. Therefore, there should be no approval for bonuses and no relief for management, unless binding contracts are soon concluded to demonstrate progress and generate profit

We should track management whether it runs EGR according to plan and promises and vote NO
to ANY renumeration proposal before EGR did not earn the first dollar!
Furthermore, if there is no measurable progress till next AGM we should dismiss management!
