To "go to plan"implies EGR has announced plans.
What plans?

• Epanko Graphite Mine.... what plan? What do we still need to do, what is the holdup, who is providing funds, what do they need, RAP, equator principles blah blah
• Tanzanian Downstream processing ... what plan?
• Merelani-Arusha Graphite mine..... what plan?
• Innogy Demerger of Nickel tenements in Tanzania...a plan of sorts ...... we have staked half of Tanzania and we are bound to find some .Nickel there... not sure where even though we have had all the data and the CEO as our geologist for years ..... but give us coin and we will spend a few years and lots of Director's fees to have a harder look... and assuming we do, which you will be able to tell by our grab for millions of options, well then we hope to do something within Epanko-esque timeframes... ie 10 years or circa 500k plus options of Director fees " ... great plan where do I sign up? ( as a Director)

So we can only assume the "plan" is specifically to: destroybshareholder value, Destroy the markets faith in the company and its BOD

The only plan that shareholders should have is to start putting pressure on Chairman/Instos to remove Spinks
