I have put many hours into researching financial reports from ATSI orgs in my region. Typically getting big recurring annual grants from both Feds & State - Typically family groups dominate the rolls - employment skewed to members & families - In one case - see thread linked below an ATSI org got a $22mill grant from Albo & Burney in mid 2022 just after the Fed Election to build a "birthing on country" BOC centre. Since then the ATSI org has put out many BS statements and now ----- Now we are told the BOC centre can not be built till 2025. It looks obvious that for years they NEVER had any idea of the complexities they were getting into to cope with all the State & Local Gov red tape around such a building.
