    The James Hardie decision today sets a precedent that I believe could result in the Proto directors (executive and non-executive)to be held accountable for losses associated here.

    Essentially because they signed off on the Geologists report and interpretation of the core they can be held accountable.

    There will be a legal court case to recover lost funds over this debacle IMO.
