Must be brokers setting up a short scenario .Getting people to buy and slam dunk the share . Every year the price targets are exaggerated getting peoples hopes up and ultimately they get wiped out . Price targets are there for broker's interests not the shareholders .What is interesting is that when a positive rating is mentioned the share price usually goes up which makes you wonder as what is going on .Manipulation at its best . Still waiting for some geniune positive news from someone who can be trusted .
