I think they could be.
Their holding in Westfield has gone from 6% to .28% this week.
And it appears they have been dumping

over the past couple of weeks.
If this is correct they must be truly cash strapped and sending money to England or propping up their share price here with the money.
Can anyone confirm the above, or pass comment?
