GM - My understanding is that at every new prospect ,they are targeting oxide material , so any results from new targets are likely add to the existing oxide resource at konks [if significant].
They have many different types of host rocks and styles of mineralisation on the property, so they will be careful and focused on targeting the required oxide style ore from here in . Because of the lab delays which are hopefully behind us ,this is taking longer than some investors are comfortable with , hence the recent selling from the impatient ones, but the likelihood they will find what they need remains extremely high , given the abundance of oxide material already found away from konks at numerous prospects. And only a matter of time really before they find another konkera imo.
Foumbiri,doumbema,pampouna,wardaradoo,torkera etc etc - all look like they would contain oxide ounces if i'm not mistaken , given how shallow the results are (starting at surface). Just a mattter of which new targets to drill out aggressively to provide more secondary oxide resources away from konks.
They HAVE however started some resource drilling at foumbiri and doumbema [oxide targets] I believe and we have only seen a small amount of the drilling from those so far. Kitto remains confident he will find what he needs for the PFS at those digs is my understanding (200k a piece ?)
Perhaps they should not have rushed in and started resource drilling any oxide hopefulls until they are sure they're targeting a good one, or more appropriately perhaps, targeting the rights parts/trends of these finds.
They have plenty of targets to test and choose from before going banana's and resource drilling anything/everything they find. But the market demands results , and progression of the PFS must be seen. Kitto would prefer these targets (foumbiri and doumbema) given the proximity to the proposed plant at konks.
Won't be hard for him to find 400k there is my guess, as the artisnals seem to make a living digging from surface there and they're just scratching the surface.
They don't sit out in the 40'c heat for nothing.....If there's no gold , they move on, quick smart......
