My wife and I have a couple of joint accounts. When we opened the second one, somehow something changed so that I couldn't move funds from either joint account in internet banking without my wife's authorisation LOL.
Tried phoning, they said we'd have to go to a branch, which we eventually did. They promised to look into it and let us know. Also give us a better rate on one of the joint a/cs. Result - all problems solved, interest rate increased from 2.75 to 4.25 for four months.
