when i was in brissy i was told about the developers who wanted to build up in the tngalpa area which is prone to flooding. even after a mild rain the water rose yet these people wanted to build there.
the council was warned not to but do they listen to reason or smell the money that is wafted under their nose.
people need to take some responsibility for themselves tho
