Thanks for linking, Mozzarc. I read this when you first posted it. I was wondering if there were many directors or management of Paradigm with significant enough holdings to block a hostile takeover. I will do a bit of research on the individual holders on the list but with the top 20 holders owning less than 45% it does not look like that would be the case.
We might have to rely on a large number of shareholders being committed to the long term but will have no control over that.
