the answer to the question 'is another "Poseidon" possible could also be phrased is another "Theranos" possible - but even more interestingly is another 'Apple' possible or another cochlear possible ?

simple fact is all of these wishful thinkers if $100 $200 sp is a little fanciful when you look at with some reality - companies with that sort of SP have a massive infrastructure base and highly complex business model and operational organisation.

simple reality - yes the product appears to be very promising, but it is one product . the IP can be replicated

big pharma will not let small pharma into the (somewhat exclusive) big boys club

you can be sure that big pharma are well into looking to reverse engineer - and have already done a whole load of internal research as to not only the effectiveness, likelihood is phase 3 thumbs up and market value

t/o is therefore either inevitable - but us won't be at $100

timing of t/o - tricky one - before phase 3 - around $20 (and that is optimistic based on auction between big pharma players) - that would equate to a company valuation that would not be overly risk averse to big pharma - after phase 3 (if successful) maybe double that - but I cannot see PAR holding out - why not 'sell the risk at a premium"
