a good dozen decades at least more like. increasing weather volatility is now a given that won't be mitigated for a dozen score of years even if we were able to achieve real 'net zero' by 2050..... not much hope of that in Aus given current conditions - the minerals council reigns supreme. ergo, we are going to remain a pariah state in the long run.
Albanese is, imo, piss weak and not sticking to his promises one climate. I've had it with the pathetic efforts thus far. he's not walking the thin line but being shoved around by superior powers.
