Maybe worth looking to hold on into xdivi week or week just prior look for burst then sell.

My Mate oscar is calling for an end of Yr S&P500 of another 300+ points. So depends how long you want to hold. Perhaps if you could share your previous trades with us we could look deeper as to your entry point (and why) as this maybe more important than selling right now as it is obvious you are uncomfortable about your current position.
My weaknesses evolve around holding when I feel too relaxed and wanting to sell when I feel too frustrated. I turn this around im full time trading.
It can be hard to bear all on here so if you like email me on [email protected] and we can do it a bit more discreetly may help me iron out some of my bug a boos as well.
