I'm out here, never looked at their real estate position, was more convinced on the balance sheet cleanse, aligned with the recent acquisition.
looks to me like they had some problem accounts that they have cleaned out aligned with the acquisition, recognising the accrued capital from prior losses.
should have restabilised those accounts and moved them to profit making.
all just my opinion with no facts and based on their recent (a while ago) videos and announcements.
firmly believe they'll hit the forecast this year, which is a massive shift in margin, pegging their profit at more than one of the competitors they noted who presently sits at 28c per share.
