Ccc is on the way of derisking. Normally high risk = low price. Currently with 7m cash, delay of penumbra, the risk of this stock is still relatively high and it is reflected by the current share price. The production of penumbra and dwk will significantly derisk ccc and send the share price rocket high. But don't expect too much before the projects start producing.
