Yeah, I've been thinking of getting an apartment and using it as an AirBNB but the entry is the hard part, having to change the code after every renter and/or allowing a cleaner to get in somehow at the same time.
A good solution to that would be gold and I'm sure every existing airbnb host would be on it instantly!
