JP and HSBC sure can manipulate the paper and I truly believe they can jack it down below 40 once more with the help of COMEX, the question is how long can they keep doing/manipulate it. I say not long given most of the big banks in US and EU have bigger shit to deal atm than manipulate the paper silver. Btw, I don think the market will excited again like gold until silver perhaps break 50!
