Just wondering if anyone is planning on attending the AGM on Tuesday.
Anyone have thoughts on the directors recomentation that the past placements be ratified so that any new placements can be made with out the need of a share holder vote.
Also after thoughts on the Company paying for service with shares. It concerns me for 2 reasons. 1). diluting my share in the company 2). would suggest that the company is unable to pay for/afford, the services it requores for ongoing business.
Hey, it could be this is just whats done, i just dont know, and i just dont particularly like it.
