Sorry, I meant unfranked yield. On an unfranked basis, the yield is very similar to STW. After franking BKI is a bit better because it is 100% franked, whereas STW is on average about 70% franked. After taking into account the significantly inferior capital growth over the last 10 years, BKI is a fairly pedestrian performer. What really irritated me with BKI was when, some years ago, they raised capital from some institutions at a discount to NTA. That really irked people who had been long term loyal holders at the time.
