Is anyone interested in which individual in the company planted the seed to go down the path of suing Mylan for inherited apparent patent infringements involving the daptomycin injectable product?
This topic has always been fascinating to me especially if you look at the possibility of POH now and no chance of a cash injection from Mylan.
Numerous popular names come to the forefront when considering POH going down the arbitration path including Peter Lankau,Greg Collier and Ross Murdoch.
Harry Rosen left POH in July 2015 just 5 months before formal arbitration proceedings commenced with Mylan.
I personally consider that Anna Legg in her role as Company Secretary and CFO [and with her substantial legal background]most likely first detected the patent problem and that Harry Rosen [with his legal background]would also have been later in on initiating the move against Mylan. Given the time that legal matters seem to take to progress I believe that these 2 people set the course for the Mylan action.
If I am correct Anna Legg has saved POH twice from possible oblivion from 2 different but apparent fraudulent matters.
