Hi Kens, if my memory serves me correcly, and it may be way off the mark after so many years, someone here found a patent that didnt acknowledge POH inventors. Tjis may have been the initial catalyst.
It may well have been HT.
Anyone in POH management should have persued the matter, once it was known.
However, whoever placed the arbitration clause into the contract seems to have performed their duties correctly. A formal trigger to get issues resolved.
I agree though Kens, whoever outed the issue and those who persued it should be acknowledged.
Fingers crossed that POH pain is eliminated completely for us all in a positive way. And onto a genuine commercial future.
